I don't get this look, bug eyes and duck lips

Well summer is here and that means a return of the awful look being sported by women. They are all wearing over-sized, bug-eyed glasses and lips the size of a duck bill. The look is awful. With the over-sized and bloated lips can you really tell what the person looks like?
