Indiana police arrested Kelly Gene Gibson for inhaling paint fumes. Oh, but this isn’t the first time Gibson has been arrested. Gibson is hooked on sniffing paint fumes. So much so that Gibson has been arrested for it 47 times prior to this arrest in which he was caught red-handed, or should I say silver-faced.
Gibson’s wife called the police to tell them he was back to sniffing. When the police arrived at the apartment Gibson was sitting on the couch with a paint can in one hand, a paint-covered plastic bag in the other and his hands, nose mouth and chin covered in silver paint.
